Privacy policy

Who we are
MoovMotion and this website are run by moov studio, a design and video studio in Israel (moovstudio.net). In this policy "we" means moov studio. For anything about your data, write to moovstudio249@gmail.com.
The short version
- No cookies, no analytics, no ads, no tracking pixels, and no scripts or fonts from other companies.
- If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address so we can tell you once when the app opens. Nothing else.
- You can leave the list from any email we send, and your address is deleted, not just hidden.
What we collect, and why
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address, the time you joined, whether you confirmed it, and a random code for the confirm and leave links | To send one confirmation email and one email when the app opens. Legal basis: your consent. | Unconfirmed: deleted after 7 days. Confirmed: until you leave, and at most 12 months. |
| A one-way scrambled version (hash) of your internet address | To stop floods of sign-ups (rate limiting). The address itself is never stored. | About 10 minutes. |
| Standard technical logs at our host (internet address, browser, time) | Security and keeping the site running. | Kept by Cloudflare for a short period under their policy. |
| Your "Pause motion" choice | So the page stays still if you asked it to. | Stored only in your own browser. It never reaches us. |
We don't sell your data, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't use it to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and stores the waitlist (Cloudflare Pages and Workers KV).
- Resend delivers our emails.
Both are based in the United States and process data on our instructions only, under their data-processing terms, which include the standard contractual clauses for transfers from the EU and UK.
The MoovMotion app
When the app opens, designs you make without an account are saved in your own browser (on your device). We don't receive them. If we add accounts, sharing or cloud saving for the public, we'll update this policy before that goes live.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the address above. We answer within 30 days. These rights come from Israel's Privacy Protection Law and, if you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR. You can also complain to Israel's Privacy Protection Authority or to the data-protection authority where you live.
Young people
The waitlist is for people aged 16 and over. If you're younger, please ask a parent or guardian to sign up instead.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, with strict security headers, rate limits on every form and no third-party code. Waitlist data is kept under a hash of the address, and our email key never reaches your browser.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is important and you're on the waitlist, we'll tell you by email first.
